The second type is double head Aseptic Filling Machine, which is best suited for large scale production. The fully automatic double headed Aseptic Filling Machine can be used to fill jam, juice and paste also.

The fully automated Aseptic Filling Machine is applicable for 2L-1000L multi-layer Aluminium plastic bags which are pre - sterilized.

The main advantage of the product is it is simple in structure and it is reliable also. The measurement tolerance is fixed to 0.2% by flow meter. The piston used for filling the fluid is a cone piston, which has good sealing performance and accurate dispensing of fluid. It is really easy to adjust the amount of fluid ejected by the piston. The portion of the piston which is contacting the fluid is made of stainless steel and its assembling and dissembling is easy.
